Understanding Your Skeet Fleet Mail Club Subscription

How do I manage my subscription?

Log into your customer portal through your account or any subscription email we've sent you.

Pause it, skip a month, cancel it, update your address, swap your payment info. It's all in there and you don't need to ask us permission to do any of it.

We built it that way on purpose.

How does billing work?

You get charged monthly on the anniversary of the day you signed up.

Once that charge hits we cannot undo it, so if you need to make changes do it before your renewal date.

We're not trying to be difficult, that's just how subscriptions work and we'd rather be upfront about it than surprise you.

What are the signup and shipping dates?

Signups close on the 25th of every month. If you're in before the 25th you're getting the next mailing, which ships around the 1st of the following month.

So if you sign up by April 25th, your first envelope ships around May 1st.

Miss the 25th cutoff and your first mailing rolls to the following month. June 1st in the example above.

Simple as that.

Will I know what's coming before it ships?

We tease upcoming themes on social and in the newsletter because we're not completely heartless.

But we never do a full reveal before it ships.

Half the fun is tearing open that envelope without knowing exactly what's inside.

Can I use discount codes or gift cards on my subscription?

No. Mail Club subscriptions are not eligible for discount codes, gift cards, or any shop promotions.

The subscription price is already the deal, we're not stacking on top of it.

What if something is wrong with my order?

If something is defective or missing from your envelope, contact us through our contact page within 5 days of receiving it.

We don't do refunds on billed subscriptions, but if the screwup is on our end we will make it right.
