Before You Order

How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders are out the door within 3-5 business days. During new releases or sales that number can stretch to 7 business days because it's just the two of us and we refuse to rush something out half-assed. Check the banner at the top of our site for current processing updates or just pay attention on our social media.

Do you offer discount codes?
Yep. One code per order, no exceptions. Codes cannot be stacked, combined, or applied after checkout so make sure yours is in before you hit buy. Discount codes work on full price items only and cannot be applied to anything already on sale.

What is your return and exchange policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. That said we are not robots. If something is genuinely wrong with your order, hit us up and we will figure it out together.

Shipping

How do you ship domestic orders?
Orders under $35 ship untracked via USPS First Class letter mail at a flat $1. Yeah, one dollar. You're welcome. Orders $35 and over ship free with tracking via USPS. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-8 business days depending on where you live and how USPS is feeling that day.

Why is my order untracked?
Untracked letter mail is how we keep shipping costs from being absolute bullshit on small orders. We quality check every single order before it leaves our studio, so what goes in the envelope is perfect. What happens after it leaves our hands is between you and USPS.

Do you ship to Canada?
Hell yes we do. Shipping rates to Canada are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We use USPS international services and rates are what they are. We wish we could make it cheaper but international shipping is its own beast.

Do you ship to the rest of the world?
We ship to most countries worldwide. Rates are calculated at checkout and you will have the option to choose between USPS and DHL depending on your destination. Customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

What about lost or damaged packages?
If your order shipped tracked and something went wrong, contact us and we will do what we can to help. If you chose untracked shipping, that risk was yours when you checked out. We inspect every order before it ships so we know exactly what left our studio in perfect condition.

Order Issues

I received the wrong item.
That's on us. Hit us up with your order number and a photo of what you received and we will make it right immediately. This is the one scenario where we don't hesitate.

My tracked order was lost or damaged in transit.
Contact us with your order number and tracking information and we will do our best to help you sort it out. We can't control what USPS does once it leaves our hands but we are not going to leave you hanging either.

My untracked order never arrived.
We hear you and we genuinely feel bad about it. But when you chose untracked shipping you assumed that risk. We inspect every order before it ships so we know it left our studio in perfect condition. Once it's in the mail stream it is out of our hands and we are unable to offer replacements or refunds on untracked orders.

My order shows delivered but I haven't received it.
Check with your neighbors, your leasing office, or any other spots a carrier might leave a package. If it still hasn't turned up, contact USPS directly at 1-877-275-8777 or submit a missing mail request at usps.com. We are not responsible for packages that are confirmed delivered.

Legal & Other Shit

Can I resell your designs or artwork?
Absolutely not. All artwork, designs, graphics, and logos are the original copyrighted work of Skeet Fleet Shop. Everything is for personal use only. Reproducing, redistributing, or reselling our work in any form without explicit written permission is illegal and we will not hesitate to pursue it.

Can I wholesale your products?
Not at this time. If that changes we will make it known. Feel free to reach out if you want to start a conversation about it.

Do you reserve the right to refuse service?
Yup. We reserve the right to cancel orders, refuse service, or revoke shopping privileges at our sole discretion. This includes but is not limited to abusive behavior, fraudulent activity, policy violations, or reselling our products without permission. We are building something we are proud of and we will protect it accordingly. So have a brain and don't do dumb shit.

Governing Law
All purchases made through this website are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes arising from your use of this site or your purchase of our products are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Washington State.
